Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between SCA Services, LLC (referred to as “SELECT”) and the affiliate (referred to as “Affiliate”).
Program Participation
1.1 The Affiliate agrees to participate in the SELECT ‘s affiliate program and promote the SELECT ‘s products/services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 The Affiliate will promote the SELECT ‘s products/services using approvedmarketing materials and strategies provided by the SELECT .
2.2 The Affiliate will not engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal marketing practices in their promotional activities.
2.3 The Affiliate will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their affiliate marketing efforts and any associated costs incurred.
Commission and Payment
3.1 The SELECT agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for each valid referral made by the Affiliate that results in a qualifying action, such as a sale or lead, as determined by the SELECT .
3.2 The commission rate, payment schedule, and payment method will be determined by the SELECT and communicated to the Affiliate.
3.3 The SELECT reserves the right to withhold or cancel commission payments if it suspects any fraudulent or inappropriate activities by the Affiliate.
Intellectual Property
Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease promoting the SELECT ‘s products/services and remove any links or references to the SELECT ‘s website or materials.
5.3 Any outstanding commission payments will be paid to the Affiliate within a reasonable period after termination.
Confidentiality
6.2 The confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.
SELECT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which
www.selectcallads.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all
previous versions. SELECT encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of
our updates.
